Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Courtney Hagar is an office manager and executive assistant to the Co-Chief Investment Officer. She joined Kopernik in 2024 as an office manager/administrative assistant. Courtney has a diverse background spanning from high school social studies teaching to 911 emergency communications, and executive assistant roles. Courtney has a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Saint Leo University. Beyond her work at Kopernik, Courtney chairs Hudson High School’s School Advisory Council, playing a vital role in helping guide the school’s improvement plan and budget while fostering collaboration among staff, parents, and the community.
