Associate General Counsel

Nick Schroeder is the Associate General Counsel at Kopernik and provides support to both the legal and compliance functions. Nick has been in the finance industry since 2017 and joined Kopernik in 2021 as Deputy Counsel. Nick previously held positions at Deutsche Bank and Citigroup. Nick has a BS in political science and a BA in English literature from Florida State University, as well as a JD from Michigan State University College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar.
